Cancellations/Reschedules

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, and amendments without incurring any cancellation charges - this also includes any emergencies, illnesses or COVID-related cancellations.

We allow for one reschedule per appointment. In the event of rescheduling, clients acknowledge that refunds will not be granted, even if they choose to cancel within the specified cancellation period.

If the correct notice is not given we reserve the right to make a 50% charge.  For late arrivals, no-shows, reschedules, and cancellations on the day full payment will be charged. Clients with a value package or course will forfeit one treatment for every appointment that is canceled/rescheduled in under 48 hours or a no-show. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Clients acknowledge that if an appointment is cancelled with 48 hours’ notice and we are unable to re-book your treatment slot within the validity period it will render the voucher invalid.

Late Arrival

If you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice and may vary due to products or procedures. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to check pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

All prices for massage treatments are based on the length of time that the appointment is booked. The times quoted includes the consultation (if required), the time needed for dressing/undressing and the actual treatment.

Gift Vouchers/Cards

Gift Vouchers are valid for the duration stated on each voucher and cannot be extended. We reserve the right, at our complete discretion to refuse to sell Gift Vouchers to any person at any time for any reason. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Voucher, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase our retail products, consultations or in conjunction with any other promotions. If your Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, we take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Voucher. All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in advance and are subject to availability. To ensure you don't miss out, please book well ahead of time. If you fail to provide your voucher code, you will be charged the normal price of the treatment and must provide another method of payment.

Returns/refunds

In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, within reason, we will exchange products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.

Value packs or courses of treatment are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the client and Akhere Therapies is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance. The difference will be the refunded amount.
